Team leaders are relentlessly overbearing in their management style, often through a combination of inexperience and naivety which creates a deep sense of distrust and butchers morale within teams. Senior managers continually ignore feedback that pay is considerably lower than positions elsewhere. Staff turnover is sky high as a result. Customers are often treated with distain (see google/trustpilot reviews) which leads to frequent conflicts over the phone. The overall culture lead to a very negative experience and I regret the mistake of staying for so long.

Finance is a toxic department to work in. No career opportunities regardless of years of knowledge. Low pay compared to other analyst positions regionally and UK. Attrition is high. Micro-management from TM’s. No emotional intelligence from TM’s Culture and Values don’t align to actions taken.
