      Worse IT company to work for

      Pros

      None!!! Oh wait if you count working 7 days a week with five hour at home and then calling you during that time a pro then this place is for you.

      Cons

      Don't get paid on time, work overtime and get no pay, no training, have to search google for answers. Sales team would promise things to clients to get contract, even though their software would not accommodate promises. Management never wants to help at all instead they want to point the blame on their Helpdesk associates. Also once you leave they make sure you have a hard time finding a job again if you put them on your resume. Worked for this company for over 2 years. Biggest mistake I ever made.

      Absolute worst management I have ever experienced.

      Pros

      Was able to finally put an IT position on my resume as I transition. Fun group of guys to work with.

      Cons

      Late paychecks. Only 2 positions available on tech side, field tech or project manager (basically data entry). Slow reimbursement for expenses you are expected to pay to keep their operation going. Take it or leave it attitude top to bottom with no apparent concern for why employees leave so quickly. 4000 miles/month on your personal is not unheard of and unethical practices to boot.

      Flexible schedule, starter job, they will higher you with no experience

      Cons

      Unethical business practices. Want you to work on call shifts for a week straight once a month with no extra pay. No car reimbursement. Limited training
