Startup Culture is practiced. Convenient office location
Cons
lacking managerial systems. No leadership. Lacking sympathy for all parties. Extremely money/cost orientated. Will cut you off if goals aren't up to their high expectations. Small team. lacking training infrastructure. Outdated data collection methods. I would not recommend for anyone to join here unless you can run the entire departments by yourself.
