      Pros

      - Can leave at 5 usually - Nice view from office - Prison is still ok with good cellmates

      Cons

      - Micromanagement at its finest, everyone gets treated like they are 5. No trust. Small company so they watch you like a hawk. - Management do not involve team in projects, just gives them breadcrumbs and never expose them to the big picture - No flexibility, practically chained to the desk. Strict 8:30 start SHARP. Not to mention strict 1-2pm lunch break, not a minute before and not a minute after 2pm or else you get a dirty glare. - No reward - dull projects, no career growth and minimum pay

      Pros

      nice people and friendliness. Flexible working environment.

      Cons

      Policies merely present, the management level talk nice but does not seem value for performance, lack credibility. Too design-oriented and put less effort into project administration. Management makes mistake without penalty but staff to bear the loss.

      The colleagues are lovely and great team players

      Cons

      eg be aware probation periods may change from what is said in interview, be aware salary is inclusive of super, feedback of project leaders goes straight to management (not you), feedback not honest and can change quickly and not said in a professional constructive manner, mediocre interior projects
