      Conquering space the francoist way

      The coffee was free, even if it was the cheapest

      Cons

      The management never misses an opportunity to interfere with engineering stuff they don't understand. They do not understand how to treat their staff properly. They have an unhealthy personality cult. There is a tendency to put spanish flags everywhere. The CEO's tweets are embarrassing.

      PLD Space was a good place to work in the beginning, when the real management was not done by the founders. Today there are no pros, only cons working at that place

      Cons

      In 2020, almost entirely the team left PLD Space because the working environment was the worse ever. Toxic culture, where nobody trust no one. The team was really good, but the two original founders manage to make PLD a smoke machine, where nothing really get done. For a long time, people stopped caring about the work and where just waiting to be fired or find a better work. PLD Space is the European Vector Launch and is doomed to fail, due to the lack of competency of the two founders. You won't learn anything new, you won't receive a good salary and the city is aweful.
