hard working people at lower levels, very helpful and friendly
Cons
the growth pace is killing people. the CEO is not concerned aobut the workload his ideas put on people. The CIO is emotionally unstable and treats people like disposable items. Chaos, lack of reflection or clear direction. Glass ceiling for Polish peple - the UK leadership is treating Poland like it's a british colony. Pepco stores offer great product to it's customers, but this leadership will destroy this company.

Until 2020 it was the best company I have ever worked. Than TM came as CEO and employees started to question if he is paid to destroy company. He has put lots of english people on high positions, with lack of competences but huge salaries

Whole expo team puts only more pressure on their teams that breaks people. Meetings with CIO are shouting sessions. He doesn't respect people. He surrounded himself with consultants who say yes to whatever he needed. Doesn't promote his team. Rips a part PM's regularly. Don't tolerate truth.
