Great place to work. Gained a lot of hands-on experience in different areas of Engineering and Manufacturing. Flexible hours and decent pay while attending school. Owners are easy to work with. Fast-paced work environment.
Cons
No benefits. Moved to different jobs, though it is to be expected at a Small Business

short break passive aggressive management demeaning environment all stick no carrot toxic environment bad relations between workers lacking communications between workers ill treatment of workers no organization interruptions demanding taxing seen as a cog in machinery rather than a human being worth some dignified response
