      Great team, but “meteorite” crunch times

      Pros

      Very supportive and skilled team, reasonable managers, clear priorities and processes, lots of interesting product tasks, and good opportunities to grow and take ownership through cross‑functional work with designers and analysts.

      Cons

      Occasionally there are overtime hours and late calls when “meteorite” tasks appear, which can affect work‑life balance and make planning harder in those peak periods.
