Pros

Slightly less demoralizing than prostitution

Cons

When you read the fake positive reviews written by the owner, you will see the problem. He treats everyone who has ever worked for him like they're an idiot. He stalls all projects as he redoes everyone's work. Excessively critical even of the most insignificant details. The "CEO" is the opposite of a leader.

Pros

Some flexibility in hours. Decent but recently downgraded office. Company had decent benefits but also downgraded. Surprisingly smart and talented get lured in (but are all miserable).

Cons

This is a terrible place to work. Absolutely nobody working here is happy so I am skeptical of anything positive said about the company. Whenever I hear about the possibility of new hires I feel bad for them. Strongly recommend you ask current employees for honest feedback about their happiness and the CEO and you will see major discomfort. Reach out to previous employees and you will hear unbelievable stories about the incompetence and inability of the owner - and not from one person but a consistent story from all. Unless this company is your absolute only option you should work elsewhere.

Pros

Initially seemed like a nice, flexible start-up company to work for with nice coworkers. Staff was very hard working and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Hires based on professional experience, but professional opinion and skills not valued by management in project execution. Senior management responds to employee concerns inappropriately, resulting in an abnormally high employee turnover rate from both termination and resignation.
