Pros

Overlay Gaming is in the business of Poker and is owned and run by Jon Friedberg who is a World Series of Poker Bracelet winner so it is a fantastic opportunity to work for such a qualified subject matter expert. Poker Atlas which is basically the Trip Advisor of Poker and Table Captain a Poker deals management systems are both best of breed which help motivate everyone to push even harder. The work environment is friendly and not too stressful.

Cons

Jon has a great vision and focuses on achieving his vision but many people have trouble keeping up. This is often mistaken for a lack of leadership rather than individual performance and occasionally slowed down progress.

Shockingly Awful

Pros

Probably an awesome place to work if you: A. are a convicted felon who embezzled from a recent employer and can't get another job B. are interested in having a "secret" affair with your boss C. have no self-respect D. all of the above

Cons

There are few words to describe how awful this company is, but in one word: joke. I am absolutely certain the positive reviews were written by the dysfunctional, insecure, self-proclaimed CEO. The guy is a huge idiot with no professional experience or business acumen, not to mention leadership ability. He's a former poker pro who conned his rich uncle into funding his "company" when he couldn't make it as a pro.
