The only cons is the bathroom :P (we had some issue with a high turnover with the people charged of doing the maintenance, so that can be understood sometimes). But honestly there is not that much cons except for the premises (old building scheduled for demolition), carpet not clean, insect (sometimes...)
They were planning renovation when i left, so I think it's better now.
It's also true that we had a lot of meetings but that's part of the agile methodology. And since it's flexible, there was always a way to re schedule.
I'll put 4.5/5 just for the building :D
