      - Helpful and smart group of people - Interesting things to build - Social culture

      Cons

      - Management is technically good but some of the managers don’t know how to actually manage people and teams. - Severe lack of honesty and transparency. - Backend engineers are measured on metrics that are widely considered in software engineering to be terrible indicators of performance.

      - Everyone is very friendly and helpful - Focus on constantly adding new features and improving existing ones - Adoption of best technologies and engineering practices - Occasional drinks and lunches - Team outings (including International weekend getaways) - Working from home - Switch & Ping Pong to take a break from work and relax for a bit - Learning a lot of financial terms

      - Very small scale of users - Occasionally normal procedures are skipped to meet deadlines - Workdays can sometimes end up being very long, especially while working from home

      - Friendly Atmosphere - Tough user problems - Good Perks (company events: drinks, paintball, etc.) - Good engineering culture, looking to achieve best practises, good testing and looking to use the fittest technology. - Hands Off mentality from management. - Scalability of the data and performance are mains focuses.

      - Quite a niche market, very specialised sector of the finance world - Hard to relate to the user from a developper point of view - Scale of users is small
