Pros

Under the former management, it was a great environment and teamwork-based. Where the leadership worked alongside the team members and took in feedback. A True leader listens and backs their team members! That is what I missed about old management. I miss the team culture where we were able to help each other out. Teamwork makes the dream work used to be the motto for our team.

Cons

A management change occurred and it turned the whole department upside down, not only did they force unattainable metrics on team members, but they were selective on WHO were hitting it and who was not. Their metrics could not be explained and the leadership can skew numbers by closing out and stealing tickets. This type of leadership does not lead my example but rather blames the team for not hitting their ridiculous made-up metrics. Even the leads are not good leaders, they just relay what the manager says but they do not understand it either.

Pros

Work from home environment now that they closed the Las Vegas office since no one showed up even when they tried to enforce hybrid model. Holiday Party trip to New York (For the most part, unless you are on the Operations Team or CS Team everyone else leaves early and shows up late but those two teams are required to be there on time and stay late if needed)

Cons

Where do I start? The CS Leads/ Management are a mess after the original manager was replaced. CS has been thrown around multiple departments and has since settled with Account Managers and Implementation Team. This is a VERY toxic work environment full of gossiping. Harassment isn't taken seriously once reported to HR or the new CS Manager. I never once felt like I was apart of the Order Team after these changes, everyone was just an easily replaced number. The product has great potential, but no one seems to understand how it works. It was constantly breaking or had bugs that weren't a "priority" although frustrating the clients or over charging them. This was usually made into a CS issue as no other department wanted to resolve the issue.

Pros

- flex PTO - Holiday party and a handful of other onsites (free trips to NYC)

Cons

Note all of the "this is a start up/we're not for everyone" comments. Translation - you'll be overworked and underpaid/appreciated. - benefits are sub par - zero remote culture (the culture they hype is just for office folks) - very little DEI (especially in mgmt) - you have zero back up so your work piles up while you're on PTO and they expect you be caught up almost immediately upon return. - no time for rest and recharge. Folks log in during PTO, sick time, on company Holidays. - constant fear of being fired - little to no critique/feedback for performance. - core hours are 9-6 local time but you end up working East Coast hours - they prioritize platform updates/projects that will bring in money vs. Updates and projects that will bring efficiency and reduce the absurd amount of manual work that's required for basic tasks. - ever changing priorities so you'll work really hard on the next big thing only for it to be replaced a couple weeks later by some new even bigger/better/whatever idea
