      Pros

      Great people and culture that strikes a good balance of laid back yet productive and motivating. The work is interesting and everyone is excited about finding the best solutions to problems. Management seems to listen to feedback and is transparent with employees. Everyone, management included, seems to have a growth mindset and recognizes that the company is constantly growing and evolving. No one is too set in their ways and just wants to find the best way forward.

      Cons

      Priorities change quickly and can take a long time to solidify. Benefits and pay could also be better, but have been improving!

      Winter & Summer trips are FUN! Lots of good people!

      Not enough of the day to day documented and/or SOPs not always available. Lots of peer training when everyone has their “own way” of doing something leading to inconsistencies
