      Pros

      Super friendly culture where you genuinely feel like part of a family. Everyone genuinely seems to be respected and there are no egos even at the board level. Directors are very approachable. Facilities are good and there are genuine efforts to promote wellbeing and socialising

      Pay could be better. There are opportunities to advance but company could try to develop staff more and be more dynamic and progressive

      Nice office with good transport links

      Unless you have worked there for 20+ plus then you will always be an outcast unless your loud and brash where your face fits Managers are very rude but top directors ok No proper training given but expect you to just know how to do things and get angry when you don’t Covid was managed terribly, was supposed to be done fairly but it was coincidentally ‘last in first out’ and jobs were created for specific people to stay Annual leave and wages rubbish Very childish and toxic environment
