Pros

Absolutely loved working at Orange Line. The people are so lovely and the culture is unique and a lot of fun. The monthly socials was a big plus, I got to experience a lot of new things. I got to work across a diverse range of clients and the responsibilities vary so you gain experience in presenting, the tools, forecasting, budgeting, strategy and client management. It's a great role if you're looking for diversity and looking to excel quickly.

Cons

There have been busy periods but the team is always willing to put up their hand to help.

Orange Line is full of great people, from the junior roles to the directors you are surrounded by a team that really cares about you and won't hesitate to help you with everything they can. The outcome of knowing that you are not just a number is a better quality of every deliverable, adding even more value to the clients. The company tries really hard to make sure the work/ life balance is strong.

Cons

Being a small company with rapid growth, sometimes things like having a tidy office or social event won't get done if the employees don't push for it.

Honestly only small thing... is due to the wide variety of clients you may find yourself working across clients you don't exactly love, but is still part of the job.
