      Leaving the place is the biggest pro

      Cons

      Awful atmosphere. Micro management is rampant throughout the whole company and they dont care about the physical or mental health of any of their employees. No progression and only out to break you down. Instead of offering help, you are left to struggle and then told off when you cant keep up. No work life balance, its frowned upon to work the hours youre contracted. If you love to be made to feel like youre inadequate, you have found the perfect place!

      None whatsoever, the way employees are just treated like numbers has just got worse and worse, there are no finance experts, it’s a call centre now

      Cons

      The CEO and awful atmosphere and management, and they retained so much money that was due to me when I resigned.
