      Pros

      I've worked for UHG in some capacity for over 10 years, and over 3 at Optum specifically. The company culture in my area is great and people are treated like adults who can make their own decisions.

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs every quarter, resulting in a skeleton crew. Raises and bonuses are non-existent. I got 1% this year despite exceeding all my goals, and then I was laid off.
