      Pros

      Flexibility with hybrid role, nice camaraderie between colleagues, acceptable work loads and responsive day to day supervisors. Some good company perks.

      Cons

      Very hard to understand the structure of the company and how your work fits in, shifting goals and expectations, rigid work flows that don't always make work meaningful, upper management disconnected and can be uncaring. Unclear whether organization really prioritizes patient care.
