top 5 cons:
1. it is based on my observation that less new development, more bug fixes of your previously worked employee(bad code).
2. bad management of production time. poor git management and you have to work till late night, as more work is required in less time frame.
3.no use of Morden technologies, very very less mentorship No code review, no true ownership, they blame you if things not work w/o checking the context.
4. moderate type of ego and politics
5. very very and very worst company policies.. sometimes i think they are sucking you and giving some peanuts (salary) in terms of return.
