Lack of team work when it comes to PMs. Most people are only focused on their scope of work, not keeping in mind how that might potentially cause problems to their colleagues from other departments. Slow pace of promotions and salary raises. Team builiding activities are non exsistent. The company is growing too fast. Management sacrifices quality over financial gain which at the end is not shared with the employees. Lack of will witihin upper management to start resolving issues when brought to their attention by employees on lower positions.

To much rigidity, micromanagement and no way to express your ideas or opinion.
