      Interesting projects and cohesive work environment with challenging problems to solve. Great product and technology, used by the top names in satcom.

      Cons

      Project delivery and timeline is difficult to meet, particularly when customer expectations are not clearly articulated to those involved with features to enhance the product.

      Pros

      Great environment and great people. Lots of opportunities to learn and improve software skills as well as contribute to projects. Flexible schedule for part-timers.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any real downsides. Communication could be better by having senior devs in Blacksburg, but devs are quick and responsive even through online.
