      - Great coworkers - Free snacks and drinks

      Cons

      - Unstable work hours (suddenly changed from 7AM - 7PM; On call weekends) - Work multiple positions for the salary of one - High turnover rate - Tense atmosphere - No recognition system in place for good work - No onboarding process - Unprofessional management - No mentorship/support system if you need help - The company encourages employees to post fake reviews here

      Toxic management, fake reviews, stay away

      Pros

      Some colleagues are nice, but most leave quickly.

      Cons

      1. Fake reviews： All the positive reviews were posted around the same date with almost identical content — clearly fabricated. 2. High turnover： No more than 10 people in the U.S. office stay more than 6 months, think about that. 3. Disrespectful CEO： Treats employees like garbage, overlooks other people, does not allow different opinions from others. Has no technical interview during hiring, but later blames employees for not being “technical enough.” 4. Compensation & Benefits： Extremely low pay, 401k match starts only after 6 months, and health insurance is only half-covered. 5. Severe underleveling: They hired candidates with 4–5 years of experience, but only gave them a junior title and salary; that's why they have no US senior engineers here.
