      Uncertain Future

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with locally, good environment, good work life balance.

      Cons

      Budget cuts, no room for growth, company recently acquired by a dissolving group, company is matured past its prime and is on the downward slope, recent acquisition points to the company being dissolved soon. Time to jump ship to better waters. ION Group was the worse thing to happen to OpenLink.

      Pros

      - OL is the main player in the CTRM market - some very bright, dedicated personnel - a good company with a lot of upside but without the leadership to make it happen

      Cons

      - ION acquisition plus Rich Grossi will destroy what remains of OL - no growth strategy; pure cost strategy being implemented - will not be the number one solution in the market for long

      My coworkers were always nice

      There was already a lot of dysfunction amongst the managers and executives, but iON (once again) took it to a much worse level. They are just strangely incompetent, and are in the process of destroying OpenLink just like they did with Triple Point, AVOID WORKING HERE. iON will not be something you want on your resume, at all...
