      Pros

      Provided equipment. Staff house. Internet allowance. Good increase if you’re in management and a favorite.

      Cons

      Targets naive fresh grads perfect for lowballing. Micromanaging leads. Career growth depends on which lead you’re working under. Moving up the ladder means your senior got fed up of higher management toxicity and wants out and so you inherit their burden.

      Pros

      Granted that I am still new here in terms of experience, my impressions of the company is very positive. The employees were accommodating whenever you need assistance. They value collaborations and teamwork, enabling you to learn from the long-tenured employees. Comradeship among teams is also good. They also make sure that your work-life balance is okay. OpeniT very much cares for the well-being of their employees making sure that you are always in peak health and in a comfortable working environment.

      Cons

      There are, sometimes, a shift or change in focus and goals. I can see that the company is already making a move to remedy this but it will take some time to fully feel the results from it.
