Pros
Work remotely. I have to give a minimum of five words here, but after the last few months of changed at this organisation I have to say the only pro is that the work is remote.
Cons
No progression or career development. Managers are distant and don't consult subject matter experts for critical decisions. Very 'day by day' approach taken to general operations; lack of goals, planning or strategy for their edutech products. Team leaders find out major business decisions via rumors.
