      No salary cuts even in hard days of corona lockdown.

      I have to admit that when almost every company did late salaries OR salaries with cuts they have given us full salary and even no cuts during the hard days of Corona virus lockdown in India. This shows the ethics of the company.

      Cons

      There are no cons exactly, just you have to be prepared to be discipline if you decide to join this organization - which if you are a career oriented then should be alright for you.
