Everymonth salary will be credited perfectly on first week of the month.No Pros to Work here ....
Cons
They are putting their employess life in a risk. Normally in each organization, after getting a project they hire an employee. But, here it's a reverse process, they will hire a employee and put them to sit in a bench, wait for the projects. If, they didn't get the project on time will give a salary for 2-3months, then suddenly they ask the employee to move out of company with immediate effect. This is happend for me but not about other employees.
