Pros

I have good relations with the management and therefore I can get leaves without any obstacles. I can go to management and tell them minute discussions happening on the floor and he will listen patiently.

Cons

CEO will not listen to anything you have to say, he will only make you do things he prefixed in his mind. If you go to CEO and tell him issues in the software, he will neglect it and will do nothing to rectify it. If the same issues are escalated by the customer, he will shout on you for not reporting earlier. He need to understand when employees are telling him in first place. You have to tolerate egoistic ATTITUDE of the daughters (other directors) of CEO.

No pros with this company. you enjoy if you like politics, and desire to be their slave

owners are more interested in whose talking and what talking than business all results in month or you are fire Not allowed - mobile, talk with other employee, laughter only 15 leaves in year that also with terms and conditions only management talk, all have to listen. your work style, suggestion, idea not welcome. you hav to folow order and then listen to shouts for not getting results
