      Beware! Worst Place To Work

      Pros

      No Pros about this company. Work culture getting worse day by day. Inexperienced and Unskilled Management. No transparency.

      Cons

      They trap innocent freshers, treat them like slaves and give threats. Salary Issues, they expect their employees to work 24*7 and to meet deadline but they don't afford to pay salary on time. They've different HR policies for different employees under different project managers to make sure everyone get harassed. Very few (2-3) experienced and wise tech people. Harassment of employees is common here. Team parties and outings are for show off. Very less salary compare to IT market standards, twice appraisal process is illusion. Not a place for talented people.

      They conducts event to keep you motivated. Office is good enough. A good learning for freshers.

      Cons

      Delay in salary (never comes in time) People with position technical architect will try to put you down in every possible manner. Politics all around especially in main office.

      ahaaa that's where I can contribute 1.) salary is delayed by 1 month normally 2.) managers don't know how to manage their employees or work.. I mean that's the minimum skill a manager should have 3.) They say they give work from home but believe me you are not going to get one 4) after resignation you wouldn't get your salary even after a year.. 5) HR is a joke.. they talk trash to you.. they don't know how to talk properly 6) No canteen.. No pantry.. you have to have lunch at your seat
