They simply hire fresher by telling you will working on one technology and they will call you later and tell you must be expert on all of technologies. I started career as java developer over there but i end of working with python angular solidity node and technology in which I am not familiar. They simple get project from Upwork by fooling client and give to much pressure to employee till 2-3 am. They don't have any humanity on manager. they only need money as if they will take it with their death Next things i must talk about HR, they are simply useless. They are hired to give fake promises like work life balance good increment and this and that. if someone is humiliated and pressurized by manager he/she cannot tell to their manager at the end they will do what manager is supposed to do. Don't spoil your career by choosing this types of company You can choose if you know politics and can move with tail of you manager
