Problem Solving & Growth with Family

Pros

It's a fast and flexible environment with unique problems to solve. There's always new and interesting things with which to challenge yourself. Everyone gets along well, whether you're a loud extrovert or just sit quietly and work. * Customer and employee focused company * Significant trust and respect among co-workers * Strong work-life balance / Flexible schedule * Rapidly growing company, with opportunity for personal and career growth * Acceptable benefits, including cell phone, the fully stocked pantry and more * Decentralized management methodology, allows for smart people to do good work * Intelligent and highly supportive team I really enjoy being able to come to work each day and be among people who are a pleasure to be around. It's the first gig in a very long time where I enjoy regularly coming into the office. I'm thankful that I have this team in my life.

Cons

The health care and dental plan options could be better. There aren't a ton of great food options near the office.

Pros

So long as you do not get on the wrong side of the wrong people it's a very stable job & most people are friendly, hard-working, solution-focused individuals.

Cons

Executive leadership is very withdrawn from day-to-day operations. Although the slogan is people-powered automation to the outside world people working at the company are treated more like disposable parts than irreplaceable assets. This combination fosters a negative culture that seeps into employee morale.

Pros

I absolutely love the people I get to work with every day. When you spend about a third of your life with a group of people, it helps when they're like family. * We've got a heavy focus on service to the customer and to our fellow teammates. * Our product is fantastic and uses modern tech. * The problems we get to solve are complex and fun.

Cons

Being bootstrapped means always working under heavy budget constraints. Sometimes those of us who are leaders don't always do a good job with showing leadership. It's hard to hire fast enough to keep up.
