Pros

I do not see any pros to join and work here but you will learn a lot after reading the cons.

I was here for 4+ years. It used to be completely different few years back from what it is today. Let me give you the little insight. 1. I would particularly emphasise the management/leads first as I believe they are driving force of any organisation but here they have failed at all of their responsibilities. No matter how much effort you put tirelessy, it is always less for them. You are always judged here. No professional ethics, no respect, no empathy. It is almost like they don't care as long as things are running smooth. When something goes wrong they panic and take it out on those whom they know will not question them back. 2. They want to squeeze out the maximum they can from the employees without any compensation/reward. I have seen people crying and suffering from stress and other health issues because of this. You stay late night in office for company, you are on your own, nobody cares. They want you to play maximum roles that you can with the same amount of salary. Still they have not cleared all the dues. 3. The CEO/management of the company is very penny-pinching. They take a lot of feedback but no action is taken. Rather than giving solutions they just try to convince people by making up stories. You can witness the same 'punchlines' coming from CEO/Finance dept. as if that is the standard answer to all your queries. False promises and deferring things is all they know. 4. Customers are given a lot of importance which puts employees at the stake. CEO agrees to all requirements put across by the customers even if it is not inline with roadmap. By the way, there is no fixed roadmap. 5. People here do not know what is personal life. You must sleep with your eyes open as you might be asked at anytime, anywhere. No adequate(minimum) facilities, no formalised ways to carry out any process, no bonuses, no compensations, no rewards, delayed salaries and settlements. You have to beg to get your own money back. 6. Leads do not take responsibilities and guide juniors properly(Not all of them though). They work the least and gain the most. If you go seeking help they rather ask you to come up with a solution and shout and you will never dare going back to the same person again. If something fails, you are targeted. You can be moved in to/moved out from a team/role as they desire anytime. People are toyed with as they wish. 7. They do not want to upgrade with the latest technologies, trends, infrastructure. They try to include everything into the system but they are repulsive about change and also spending money on that. They want to keep mimimum resources no matter how many projects they have signed up. They would expect you to finish the assigned tasks within a very short timeline and have all of them completed as per their expectations. After working hard for the company they still criticize. You will know about the right working environment and how employees are treated outside once you leave here. 8. People are categorised and discriminated which affects the morale of the employees. You can hear leads overstating the work culture and environment but it is all lies. A lot of politics, burdensome work and poor management of everything. The decision is yours. I saw some people have given good reviews on google which were either given a long time ago or people who just joined. Please do not trust those. I am not trying to demean the company here but just telling the facts and reality which I have seen. I will never recommend anyone to choose this company as a fresher/experienced professional. There are countless better places to ruin your life but not here. The decision is yours after all.

They don't care much about employees.. settlement not done for employees who left even before 2 years .. Literally even after following up with these people, possess they don't care much attitude.

Cons

Worked here for many years, so take this feedback seriously. If you are passionate about technology wants to learn things, would request not to join this company. Brief about working environment: A flirty, shameless manager who screams and abuse employees all the time unnecessarily, his only job is to show off to his manager that he's the only one who knows technology and works in the company. Yes, there are lots of work and you can learn, but not in this kind of working environment.
