In my opinion there seems to be a core group of people who can do no wrong, no matter what they do or how they act. I witnessed what the other reviews mentioned about harassment and bullying. I was promised lots of opportunities and development, but they never appeared because there wasn't the money and there wasn't enough time. I found the majority of work streams are chaotic, goals unachievable and important information isn't passed on, thereby doubling your workload . I also found there to be a culture of blame . They know what needs to be done to turn it around, but it looks like the easier option of brushing it under the carpet and ignoring is an easier option than addressing it. I feel that its so deep rooted now, it would take a change of management to eradicate the problem Other than that, I think it could have been a great job.

I worked for this company for less than a year but I can honestly say this was the worst time in my life ever! I completely agree with one of the previous reviewers who needed counselling after leaving, this is exactly how i felt! I went from being a strong, confident person to crying every evening and suffering from anxiety and depression which I never had before. They pile on pressure and give unachievable goals then barite you in public when these are not met. Whilst I worked here I received little to no support or training and when I asked for support all I received was extra pressure and no communication, and I know I am not alone in this as after discussing with other staff members I found this was also the case for them. They 'dispose' of people on a weekly basis and in my short time here I was shocked at the volume of staff turnover, this is something that is openly discussed and most staff are aware that they could be fired at any time with very little reason. I class myself as lucky to have moved on to a new job and left of my own accord but I know a number of people who were fired or left without a job to go to. Senior managers are well know to shout at staff until they are reduced to tears and there is a culture of bullying which is from the top down throughout the senior management of the organization. Also, very worryingly, they have very little regard for patient safety and are purely focused on financial gain at any cost and completely devoid of any morals. They like to tell you how much they value their staff and how much they want to support their wellbeing but in my experience their actions are the complete opposite with staff often scared to speak up. I sincerely hope this prevents at least one person form joining this company.
