Pros

The best company to get started with if you are a fresher. The learning curve is very steep here and the employees here help you with everything. The best thing about this company is that the managers are very cool. Everyone is very polite and lend out a helping hand when you are stuck. The work culture here is pretty agile and yes this company will make you a better developer day by day.

Cons

Haven't found any cons as of now.

Pros

1) Had really good managers and colleagues in the past, who left the company. It was great working with them. 2) Learning curve was great, but now it has deteriorated significantly as there is no one to guide you, and do code review. 3) Will get a lot of ownership, as there are a very few people left.

Cons

1) No 1 on 1 meetings happen here. The management appears to be approachable, but when you approach them with the problem, they listen to it, and don't take any action on it. 2) The work culture is very bad. The upper management thinks everyone is replaceable. 3) Experienced people are leaving (Attrition rate is more that 50-60%), and the management is aggressively hiring college graduates to replace the work force. 4) The salary structure for freshers is more inclined towards retention bonus, due to which they are more bound to stay for at-least a year or two. 5) Earlier it was a good place for freshers, but now most of the work force are only people with 0-1 year of experience, with no one to mentor them. 6) They are trying to break even profits, by paying less to the employees, hiring freshers, and saving on employee engagement activities. 7) Appraisal process can be a mess, as you have to beg for what you deserve. 8) The code base is in a very poor state, as hacky methods are being implemented to serve client requirements. A major code revamp is required. 9) Teams have leads/managers with only 2+ years of experience, and it becomes difficult to work with them, as they don't have any prior experience of leading a team, and often micro-manage. 10) People have lost the motivation to come to office, and reach office uninspired by 11-12 PM, and even leave by 6PM. I don't blame the people, the work is not engaging and even if you go out of your way to do things, you won't be appreciated for it.
