Pros

Offers fairly good compensation, and direct team and coworkers are pleasant to work with.

Cons

In the past couple years One Door has gotten worse and worse to work for. Coworkers are leaving because of low morale and poor leadership, and not being replaced. The only action management has taken has been to post suspiciously fake five-star Glassdoor reviews, rather than trying to uplift their current team. The tech debt in the application continues to cause major issues but management refuses to allot the needed time to improve the overall integrity of the app.

Pros

Benefits are good for the market, Individual Contributors are by and large, great people to work with.

Cons

Incompetent SaaS model, won't focus on improving the core app, tech debt is deep, application is flawed. Management within engineering has changed and are incompetently handling people. People are burning out and our attempts to have this addressed are not being headed.

Nice people butchering an opportunity to grow

Pros

The bi-weekly happy hour is fun and you can have some nice cordial conversations. When figuring out product direction and how to prioritize the litany of bugs that occur over and over again, expect that to go out the window. If you want to coast and show up whenever you please, I guess this has the work/life balance you're looking for.

Cons

Management has no idea how to create a real SaaS model, outside of converting existing clients. The product is extremely difficult to implement, which no changes in sight. Calling this a SaaS platform might be true by the loosest definitions, but leadership continues to hinder growth and quote ridiculous pricing. Incompetent people in leadership roles are rewarded for mediocrity based upon relationships and tenure, which is compounded by the inability to recruit anyone talented at this stage.
