      Amazingly talented engineers, Gas card, Travel expenses

      Cons

      Management is selfish and doesn't know how to actually lead, will stab you in the back and steal your ideas as their own, will ignore your talents and skill set, implements random non-policy rules on personal whims and never follows-through. ZERO CAREER ADVANCEMENT.

      Good Company During Good Times, Bad Company For Bad Times

      More than enough training available, good job mobility to move laterally or upwards, technology based company, notable on multiple stock markets, good benefits

      Cons

      Tends to low-ball job expectations during hiring but quickly piles up more work than one person can do, constantly adding more things to the pile of work, during a bad economy goes from layoffs by attrition, to hostile work environments using unjustified PIPs, and eventually layoffs and firing
