      Pros

      Omnitech provides a great company culture for it's employees. Work life balance, continued learning, and located of one of the largest growing cities in the Midwest, building a career and raising a family go together perfect. If you are a engineer and like big problem solving, you would like this place. I mean that wholeheartedly.

      Ok, the weather......if you like change of seasons we have it! The weather is always a topic around the water cooler.

      Pros

      Highest level of technical expertise in the region. Family-like atmosphere where the coworkers and owners care about each other. Flat organization chart; employees are empowered to meet the needs of the client without someone staring over your shoulder.

      Cons

      Given the flat structure of the company, it's not the best place for someone interested in climbing the corporate ladder.
