C-suite is very non-communicative and hamfisted with brutal, sudden layoffs. Some people were laid off during parental leave, some the day before. Slack blackout, no warning, no notice, surprise call from HR (not your manager), locking people out of their laptops right afterwards. Absolutely dystopian. Most in the startup world hope for feeling of being all in this together... You won't get that at Omni. Despite the best of intentions, this is a cold, top down company that can burn employees with the best of them. And when they don't need you, you're dead to them.

The CEO Stephen Scheeler: spends most of his time spruking for other companies and promoting himself. He is undoubtly on top renumeration and works the least.
