Generous pay and hybrid model

Cons

Very toxic environment and not worth the pay. When sexual harassment jokes are laughed at by hr is when you know you’re in a bad place.

Pros

Flexible work environment (truly) and good people

Cons

Pay and benefits really lacking. Kept saying they were paying market rate but wasn't true. They need people with Salesforce skills in the role however didn't want to pay for it, at least for mid-level. Diversity and inclusion not great also, despite being a core value.

Pros

The product is strong with defined solutions to customer problems. The maturity of the Odaseva's security and architecture is world class. The people are great. Everyone represents the strongest talent in the Salesforce ecosystem. The company has never performed reduction in force despite peer companies having done so. It is a genuinely balanced company, there is no micro-management and innovators can be left to innovate. Truly multicultural company operating all around the world. Despite the French DNA, I was never made to feel uncomfortable not speaking French.

Cons

Everyone has issue with the benefits. It is true there could be more done but the reason RIF has not happened is due to the carefulness of the leadership on spend however more could be done cheaply. Some process is too mature for the size of company. Agility is a USP for a small company that should be capitalised on.

Thank you for sharing your experience and highlighting the assets of our company. The Executive Management team decided to invest more in the People and Culture team recently. We have hired local HR team members to support employees and managers in each region where the company is implanted : EMEA, US and APAC zones. One of the HR top priorities is to develop benefits in each hub. It has already begun in France this year with lunch vouchers put in place and the election of employee representatives.
