There are plenty number of cons- 1. First of all, they will lure you into the company saying that this is 70%mentoring and 30%sales job, which is false because this job is 100% sales. 2. They will make you work as a call center executive and as a salesperson at the same time. 3. They might ask you to teach the students that too only for half an hour or 1 hour only if it is required and if you have reached the calling targets for that day. 4. There is no work life balance. 5. One cycle lasts for one week, which means you have to work on new cycle every week and meet new targets every week. 6.The senior people(which includes the CEO,mangers and assistant managers) who work there will keep on pressurising you excessively until you meet the targets. 7. And if you don't meet the targets, get ready to be insulted in front of everybody and behind your back as well. 8. Even if you do overtime,you won't get paid if you cannot meet the targets. 9. You can get promotion within 4-6months of your joining if you are good at licking toes(There are only few few employees who worked hard to get positions,and by few, I mean 2-3 members). Also,the value of the team leaders, assistant managers,managers will not matter if you go to other company with this company's experience because you out of 1000 people 600 people are Assistant Mangers(who got promoted withing 4-months) and can get demoted anytime. Also the team leaders change every cycle according to the decision of the Assistant Managers. 10. If you take leave for wedding, birthday or any other occasions,they won't allow that. 11.And If you are in a higher position,they will blackmail you saying that they will demote you if you go on leave(They have done it in real life) 12. You have to make calls everyday. The call time and number of parents that you call will be recorded and you will have to face them if you don't reach that Target per day. 13. You already work for 6days a week and you will have to take followups on Sundays as well. 14. Many old employees have left the company due to regular insults they face by their seniors. 15.The company has no ethics and is backwards in terms of work environment.

1.Office is in the 4th floor, sometimes you will have to wait a lot for the elevator 2. Office timings - work can extend till late night 3. Canteen is expensive 4. The tea and coffee are indistinguishable in flavour.
