Pros
Observa is a very friendly work environment. It's a joy to come in each day. The product is really great for the clients and observers and is lots of fun to sell. I got great sales training when I arrived.
Cons
Salaries need to be significantly higher or they won't be able to attract and retain the employees they need to succeed. The sales and marketing strategy changes significant about once every quarter, which makes it difficult to go through complete sales cycles or figure out what strategies work best.
