Admittedly expecting that people they haven't trained have the same intimate tuition their chosen ones have had due to old school tie, or prior university research teamwork. They are basically pompous, psychophants in management, with a few very influential demogues. You cannot trust them at their word, they have no integrity in management.

Attach themselves to anything that may create a sense of being in the elite echelons of software engineering. Ar a far cry from the world class rub of there academic associations. They exploit youth farming them out at elite knowledge rates without any training only to get trained by ex-employees on the job. Elitists internally towards each other, toward the customer, salesmen treats you like you were born yesterday and comes across fake, and disingenuous. Like to paint themselves as clever foxes in a stupid world.
