Ownership, lack of independence, micromanagement, impulsive owner. No benefits - will never provide benefits and will get accosted if you ask for them.
Amazing staff in the front and back, incredible products that are good for the body and the environment. Fair salary’s based on current rates. Over all a wonderful place to be!
