Orpalis is like no other company I’ve ever worked for. Some of the advantages: - True freedom to create and innovate, no unnecessary corporate nonsense. - The management is flexible, transparent and humane which is a rare find in any field. - International company where the people are smart and kind.
Cons
Probably not the best fit for those who enjoy a square, highly hierarchal type of company structure.
