      Pros

      Company still has an outstanding technology Some retired employees are still around and are a significant asset Dedicated mid-level managers who lead by inspiration

      Cons

      Out of focus CEO and VPs without vision and no strategy whatsoever. Opportunistic at best and poor on execution (R&D and operations very long delays are the rule). The entire sales teams left in 6 months!
