      Force you to work 6 days a week . You have to work on Sunday by the policy even if you do not have work to do . Funny ,right? There is no direction at all. The management team has no clue for directions. Do not say the rewards, there is no rewards at all.

      As to your comments about length of work.. (maybe for people reading this comment) People in certain management and supervisory roles (especially in critical IT roles) are not hourly employees and are sometimes required to work extra time to oversee operations. It's pretty standard stuff that managers sometimes have to work extra hours. It is why they are paid more. We are sorry you feel this way. It's kind of hard to tell what the actual criticism here is, seems like you are just venting. No one is EVER forced to do anything they dont want to do. This is just simply untrue and borderline illegal.

      If you are a glutton for punishment, this is the right place for you.

      CEO enjoys the feeling for torturing his employees from both mentally and physically. He is an arrogant, selfish man and think himself knows how to manage a company. But the truth is he knows nothing but yelling around everyone.

      None. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Just take a look at all of the negative reviews (forget the positive ones; they're all a bunch of BS w/ incestuous positive responses). I could go volumes about the CEO, lack of a well functioning product, market potential and a whole host of other issues (benefits, work environment, competence of management--or lack thereof--etc.,) but, if you're smart enough to read this before accepting an offer at OPERR, you'll be able to read between the lines and see what's really there. As for the planted reviews claims that OPERR is just a startup, the company has been wasting time, effort and money for over five years. At what point should employees and investors expect to see SOMETHING functional and saleable? Just Google the concept of "Startup" and see how OPERR its into that scheme. This will NEVER happen. EVER!

      How are you still this angry? Stop with your offensive behaviour. All those "positive and competent people" you speak of are offended by what you are saying. If you have a personal issue with the company owner keep it personal. You have his email. We work very hard to get all the software polished and ready, after some people who are no longer with us, wasted a ton time and money messing stuff up after claiming they could help get everything done. It's very complex stuff.. and as always the anonymous 'reviewer' is always the genius, right? Couldn't help with diddly-squat when they were here but all of sudden they are experts at running a business. You have to be kidding. Please, spare the lectures and keep it moving. Have a nice day.
