      Flexible work schedule, ability to work from home occasionally, good severance package

      Cons

      While the CEO talks a good game about how much the company values people, he has brought in management that views staff as a commodity. Over the past year, it has become more and more prevalent that people will get a tap on the shoulder from an HR rep and be walked out of the building within minutes. Between 100 and 150 just in March alone.

      They always have job openings...

      Cons

      Because they constantly fire employees to cover up for poor leadership, poor management, and the worst company culture. In professional IT circles, this company is the joke of Indy. No one seriously considers working here unless it is just for a pay check until they can find something better. There is no long term potential here.

      CEO claims he values his employees and in the next sentence furloughs nearly the entire company. Harassment runs rampant at both the corporate and auction level. Managers harass and bully employees with no repercussions. HR is unresponsive and is a joke. Company under pays and over works its employers. I should probably be thanking them for furloughing me as I don’t plan on coming back. Instead I’ll be getting an attorney to expose this company for what it actually is.
