      Great leadership and coworkers, government pay is lackluster

      Pros

      Couldnt ask for a better group of people to work for or with. Lots of different projects that keep work always interesting.

      Cons

      -Hard to get a foot in the door if you don't have a personal connection, positions don't open up often. (But that's because once your in, your aren't likely to leave) -Government pay in OKC isn't much.

      Pros

      My division was very flexible with hours and leave. Time worked over 40 hours accrued extra leave hours.

      Cons

      This section isn't big enough and I don't have enough time to really explain it all. Management wants you to be a slave to their vision and commitments without showing any concern to professional development and growth. The work place was extremely toxic with people constantly undermining each other. Additionally, preference was given to longevity, not to good work. Employees who constantly pushed work off on others so they could collect a paycheck without doing any work at all were rewarded with higher salaries and glowing reviews because they never pushed boundaries or showed ambition.

      Good benefits, good hours, good group of people to be around in the division.

      Cons

      Management needs to listen more. Long hours in the field.
