Stable Job, Terrible Work Environment - Environmental Specialist II OKLAHOMA WATER RESOURCES BOARD Employee Review

This section isn't big enough and I don't have enough time to really explain it all. Management wants you to be a slave to their vision and commitments without showing any concern to professional development and growth. The work place was extremely toxic with people constantly undermining each other. Additionally, preference was given to longevity, not to good work. Employees who constantly pushed work off on others so they could collect a paycheck without doing any work at all were rewarded with higher salaries and glowing reviews because they never pushed boundaries or showed ambition.
